Your appointment

Booking online reserves a specific barber for a specific length of time. Please arrive a few minutes early — arriving late may shorten your service or require rebooking, since the chair is booked again after you.

Independent barbers

Each barber at Align is an independent professional. They set their own prices and services, and take payment for their own work directly. Align Hair Studio provides the space and the booking system.

Payment

No deposit is taken online. You pay your barber at the studio.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Plans change — let us know as early as you can so the time can go to someone else. Call the studio to cancel or move an appointment.

Results

Your barber will talk through what's achievable before starting. If you're unhappy with your service, tell us before you leave so it can be put right.
